Already, we have this feature in the plugin.
You can add a private message with any users of the project while creating a discussion as you can see here https://www.loom.com/share/290c07d67634473eb6da67038774d82a.
Also, you can set capabilities for the co-worker and clients in the project settings as you can see the screenshot https://prnt.sc/nu9f7g.

Thank You for reply, but I think something another.
I have this setup:

But client can´t this private option setup, only manager:

So it was very useful if all clients can setup its messages as private.
