Pricing Table Tooltip HTML

    Hi,

    We are having an issue with the way HTML content in the Tooltip Content box is being displayed on the frontend with the EA Pricing Table widget.

    1. We have a page with an accordion.
    2. We have created separate Elementor templates, with each template having 3 EA Pricing Tables. The Tooltip Content in each EA Pricing Table contains HTML content.
    3. The accordion tabs each display the templates from above.
    4. The pricing table Tooltip HTML Content renders fine in the first tab of the accordion but in the others, it is displaying the HTML instead of rendering the HTML.

    How do we get the HTML to render correctly on the frontend for all of the pricing tables in the various accordion tabs?

    I hope you are doing well.

    I have shared the issue that you are facing with EA Advanced Accordion and EA Pricing Table widget.

    And dev team respond that, When you duplicate a template, the pricing table widget id stays the same.
    Tooltip works with unique ids. Since our duplicated content also has the same id, that’s why the tooltip doesn’t work.

    To resolve it you need to create an individual template and the tooltip will work correctly even with the HTML code.

    Indeed, the non-rendering of the HTML is a non-issue when the template isn’t duplicated.
