    Hi,

    When I go to GTM kit > general or elsewhere, I get the following message:

    Whoops, something’s not working.
    It looks like something is preventing JavaScript from loading on your website. GTM Kit requires JavaScript in order to give you the best possible experience.

    Go back to the Dashboard

    —

    Can you help me resolve this issue ?!

    Is this a new install or have you been using GTM Kit for a while?

    Please go to ‘GTM Kit > General’. Right-click and select Inspect, click Console and refresh the page. The console will show you the errors. Please post errors here or send a screenshot of the console.

    If possible, please go to ‘GTM Kit > Help > Support > Share system data with the GTM Kit support team’ and enter the support ticket: FS823-34D3F

    I think i know what is going on. You are probably not using the latest WordPress 6.6 and I have just discovered a bug when using GTM Kit with earlier version.

    If this is the case for you the easiest way to fix it is to upgrade WordPress to 6.6. I’m hoping to release a fix tomorrow.

    @produwordpress Version 1.23.3 with a fix was just released.
