    I initially gave this plug-in a one-star review because it had several bugs in it. However, I reported the bugs (and sent them a zipped up copy of my site so that they could duplicate it), and they fixed it within 24-hours. I’m now giving them 5 stars because of the quality of the technical support. Frankly, I don’t mind a bug here and there—it’s inevitable—provided that a responsive tech-support team will fix them. They did a great job!

    The plug-in itself is exactly what I need. I’m a programmer, so I really want to define the plugins with my own HTML/CSS rather than using canned designs. I particularly like the Don’t-show-this-again-for-X-days option. I don’t want to plague my customers. I can do that quite easily. In fact, I can even embed a <style> element in the plugin text to handle local styling.
