Premium Version Help

I recently purchased the premium version of the Cannyon theme and uploaded it to my site. However, it seems to be much more difficult to use than the free version. I can’t figure out where to even change the site title in the header. There isn’t a place to change it like there was in the free version. Is their support somewhere for the premium version, or like an faq for the premium version?
