    Why do you need reminders when a booking ends?

    Jomres Extras have a payment reminder plugin http://www.jomres-extras.com/jomres-plugins/payment-reminder-plugin is that perhaps what you’re looking for? It’s an additional payment because Jomres Extras are a separate company, but the build a lot of plugins for Jomres.

    its not for when it ends more for when it will soon end, he rents bike cases so needs to keep an eye on what stock he has returning that week for instance

    I checked that plugin out and thats only for payment reminders to customers, he needs one that alerts him

    Hi,

    Theres also the advanced overview plugin http://www.jomres-extras.com/jomres-plugins/advanced-overview-plugin-jomres which displays today checkins, today checkouts and current residents (in your case current users that have a bike). So when somebody receives the bike, check the user in. When somebody returns the bike, check him out. This way youll have a clear overview of what`s rented to whom, who checks in today, who checks out today and current ongoing rentals.
