Post Nesting Issue

Currently, I have no ‘parent’ pages in the Post Type view. For Pages, all the hierarchical structure prior to installing the plugin are parent/child as before. What is missing are any of the triangles in the far left to indicate a parent with nested pages. That is on the Pages view. When I go to my Post listings, no triangles as no posts are indicted as parent yet. Using drag and drop to have a post sorted as a child would fix this, but it doesn’t function.
