Poorly developed, constant trouble

    I was surprised to see that this plugin is developed by Aftersalespro — whose main app I use to create all my shipping labels and absolutely love. Unfortunately, this plugin is the complete opposite: poorly developed and a constant troublemaker.

    • No proper pricing options: For shipments to Cyprus there’s no way to adjust the shipping cost (which is obviously higher than domestic shipments within Greece).
    • Plugin conflicts: It often conflicts with other plugins, and as a result the shipping fee is simply not calculated in the total order — which means free shipping for the customer!
    • Bad customer experience: I’ve had to contact my customers many times after checkout, asking them to pay the missing shipping cost. Not cool, not professional.

    ACS should really come up with a serious, properly tested WooCommerce plugin for point-selected shipments if they want to be considered a serious partner.

    👉 My advice: Don’t add this plugin to your store. It will only give you headaches.
