Hello @psysid,
I am sorry to hear you are facing such issues with your website.
Note that CPU seconds usage can be related to specific issue with a website or actions requiring too many time to execute. Additionally cache plugins such as SiteGround Optimizer can help but not in all cases. First you need to find the reason of the high CPU usage and then to verify if cache plugin will help or there are some other actions required on the matter.
As you are facing an issue with SiteGround hosting service rather than the SiteGround Optimizer plugin, please contact our representatives so further assistance can be provided.
Additionally please have in mind that this is WordPress forum and reviews should be strictly related to the plugin they are posted for.
Once your website is back online and issues are resolved it will be helpful to update this review and share more about the SiteGround Optimizer plugin experience.
Best Regards,
Elena

@hristo-sg How is this review a “Guideline violation”? What guideline are you referring to?
My bad selecting the wrong topic for report. This is a hosting review, not a plugin review. CPU seconds overuse can be caused by hundreds of different things. Same goes on the comment on the hosting support.

The title of this review of the “SiteGround Optimizer” for is “poor plugin” and says
siteground still disables your website for “cpu seconds” overuse. and fails to provide support in identifying the problem. it seem very gimmicky.
Which while not a useful review is about this plugin.
Just reply well is the only thing doable and that was done already byt @elenachavdarova above.
There is nothing to report here.
