plugins.php 404's since 4.3

    Since I updated to 4.3 I have been unable to access my plugins through the dashboard and the “wp-admin/plugins.php” page 404’s.

    I have deleted the 2 or 3 plugins I had installed via the FTP but still get the 404 error.

    The only things left in the plugins folder are these
