[Plugin: WordPress HTTPS (SSL)] Error 443 from cmsvoteup.com

When I try to force the ssl on the store page, I get an error code coming from cmsvoteup.com – I’ve talked with Hostgator who issued the ssl and they say it’s not on their end. Where would this error come from and how can I fix it? Thanks for your help –
