[Plugin Video Widget] Php code for sidebar.php?

I really like the video plugin but I don’t use widgets with my layout, I usually add the code into the sidebar.php file. I looked on the plugin homepage etc but I can’t find the <?php call code, can anyone help me out? I’m no whiz, so I’m not sure how to call it myself.
