Plugin Update Trigger

I’m currently using the “Plugin updated” trigger to send a notification email. If there are multiple plugins updated, this results in multiple notifications being sent for each individual plugin.

Is it possible to cluster or batch this into one email notification for updates that take place in a short period of time?
