    Hello,

    I get the above notice whenever updating is done.
    I only need Korean translation but I am not sure why ‘ja’ is translated together.

    Hi there,

    New language files are added when WordPress itself is installed in a particular language, or by way of plugins like Loco Translate, for instance. Once present, language files will update whether or not they are in use.

    If you’re not using the language, you could remove the language via a language plugin, or delete the language’s .po and .mo files. The files could be located inside the plugin directory, in the /wp-content/language/ directory or a custom directory.
