Hello support.

For several days now we have been unable to update this plugin and received the error below. We assumed it would be resolved with a later update but looks like it may be only us which have the issue!!

The update process is starting. This process may take a while on some hosts, so please be patient.

Hi @glowtec,

It looks like you’re trying to update the pro plugin. We’d be able to assist you better if you created a support ticket using the pro support form (https://yikesplugins.com/support/knowledge-base/premium-support/).

But since you’re already here, have you checked your license key? Can you make sure your license key is entered and validated on the settings page?
