The plugin was triggering phishing warnings for the entire site and it was caused by the IP addresses from Cleantalk.
When we looked the version said 6.9 but the official release is 6.8 according to the current WordPress plugin page. Other then that everything seems normal.

    Hello,

We found some issues with the plugin version 6.9. We plan to release a fixed version within 1-2 days. You can try this version (not released yet):

    https://github.com/CleanTalk/wordpress-antispam/releases/download/fix-version/cleantalk-spam-protect.zip

    – Go to WordPress Administrator Panel —> Plugins.
    – Find the plugin “Anti-Spam by CleanTalk” —> Deactivate.
    – After the automatic page refreshing find the plugin again “Anti-Spam by CleanTalk” —> Delete. Confirm “Yes, delete these files”.
    – Download the plugin archive from the link above.
    – Go to Plugins —> Add New —> Upload Plugin.
    – Choose the downloaded archive and press “Install Now”.

    Then please do the following:
WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —> set the option “Set cookies” to “Off —> Save Changes.

Clear all cache on your site.

    Did it help?
