    Hi KyleLeFevre, how are you using the shortcode? Could you paste it? Are you using like this:

    [countup start="0" end="55"]

    Or like this:

    [countup start="0"]55[/countup]

    If you’re using the second option, you need to check Use the end number inside the shortcode? option in the plugin’s option page.
