To add to this, templates are also not saving properly in html. Cannot create or edit templates.
I am having similar problem. Emails not sending and templates are not saved when created. Default templates do not show for me also.
I’m also getting javascript errors:
Uncaught ReferenceError: wp_email_users is not defined
and
Uncaught ReferenceError: nonce is not defined
I have installed version 1.6.9 and was able to send emails but templates no longer show even default templates.
Same issues with email not sending. It happened when I did the last update for the plugin. V 1.6.9 was doing ok with sending emails but – I could not delete sent emails in the log – either one at a time or bulk.
The plug in also does not work with my personal email XXXX@charter.net. Anyone else had compatibility issues?

Do i mandatory need to set SMTP?
Any solutions?
Just need to know if support will fix this in the days coming?
Or do i need to find another plugin working? Thnaks
