First decide how you are going to use the plugin, i.e. with which wallet backends, based on your requirements. To do this, study this article:

Once you decide which coin adapter or adapters you will need, you can follow the installation instructions for this adapter.

If you have followed the attached video, then you have installed the plugin with the CoinPayments adapter extension.
Please note that there is an error in the video. Below the video you will find a pinned comment explaining this.
Namely, this is regarding the get_callback_address API key permission.
Check that you have enabled this permission, and try again.

Great to hear that, I am marking this issue resolved!
There is no such extension at the moment. Withdrawals are authorized via email link.
Maybe something for the future, as I’m currently busy testing the wallets6 release. I am taking a note of this.

The payment gateway is not for depositing and withdrawing, but for paying at the shop’s checkout from the crypto balances. Depositing and withdrawing is handled by the coin adapters.
Normally the only capability required to view the payment gateway’s settings is manage_wallets. Can you check if you have it? If you do, then you will also be able to see the “Wallets” menu.
I can also log in to your site and check if you give me access.
