[Plugin: Image Flicker] doesn't work

    Doesn’t work.

    I imagine it has conflict issues with other plugins, not sure though: I followed the instructions and nothing appeared. I also looked at the source code printed out and nothing was printed between the <div id=”image_flicker”></div> brackets.
