    Hello i have a question about free version of your plugin: i tried to add the code in mailchimp template but featured image does not appear, i tried with the option “resize image” in mailchimp but nothing, can you suggest me the right solution? Thanks

    I tried with premium version but the tag *|RSSITEM:IMAGE|* does not work in mailchimp template

    Hi there,

    Since you’re using the Premium version, contact us using https://support.5starplugins.com/ via the Contact link in the upper right corner, and we can dig into this more.

    You should turn off “Resize Image” to see if that helps. Also add ?nocache to the RSS URL, and see if that helps refresh it.

    Be sure images are showing in your raw feed first before trying in Mailchimp.
