After the yesterday update of the plugin, this error appears again. The Customize page is blocked.

Here is my old post for this error: Plugin Error

Then I’ve solved the problem by changing the PHP version on the server from 5.6. to 7.1.

    What is now the problem?!?!

I’m about to stop using the plugin.
I have to deactivate it every time when I want to customize a page.

Wow, I see now there is another update.
Hope it is about this error.

    Hey there, @mrblond 👋

You’re right! A sneaky bug prevented theme’s Customizer from loading after yesterday’s update. We fixed it up earlier today, so that new update you could see was indeed about fixing this error. We’re super sorry for any inconvenience!

Let us know if you have any questions! 🙂

    Okay, it is working now.

Hi, my form is not updating and not saving. When I make changes to the form or update the form setup and click on the “Save and Exit” button, nothing happens. Please help! because I have been trying to find a solution to this the whole day.

    Hey there, @opulence123 👋

Happy to help! What theme does your website use? Would you mind deactivating all plugins except HappyForms and see if it helps?

    Let us know! 🙂

I’m using the Astra theme. I’ve been using it for some time now and haven’t experienced any issues with it.
I’ve deactivated all plugins except HappyForms but that didn’t change anything. I have also deactivated the HappyForms plugins too just to see if it’ll have any effect but nothing happened. I recently updated the plugin so I don’t know whether that could be the problem.
I’ve created two forms with it on the site, and I just want the form to take the changes that I make and save it – that’s all. My client is patiently waiting and I don’t know what to do as I’m still a newbie to plugins. Please someone should help!

I uninstalled the plugin, reinstalled it and added both forms again. I started adding form fields one by one just to see which part is faulty. The form saves but whenever I add a dropdown, it doesn’t save anymore!! Can someone please tell me what the problem is? I need to finish this project and move on to other things!!

    That’s really strange, @opulence123.

We’re able to save form with Dropdown part using latest version of HappyForms just fine. Just to help us investigate this — what values are you adding to a dropdown? Does empty dropdown with no options save on your end?

Let us know the details! We’ll be happy to help 🙂

Hi, @thethemefoundry, I felt it was very strange also – because I have used HappyForms with about 2 websites and there was no problem at all.
I decided to move on with the form by improvising the “dropdown” with the “Single Choice” selection option after trying it for so many times and still didn’t get the result.
My client is okay with it that way after explaining to them the problem at hand. But I regularly check to see whether it will save with the dropdown and I am also waiting for future updates.
    Thanks for reaching back!!
