Plugin doesn't work

I’ve installed and activated the plugin, but there is no button for deleting header images apearing (in the admin Header page as shown in your screenshot).

I use 3.9.1 WordPress version. I’m not 100% sure, but I gess that in version 3.8.3 it worked well.
