I have installed the plugin, both normally and via zip file. However, although the installations and activation go fine in both cases, I cannot get the test (Test before saving) and edit (Save changes) functions to response.

What error message are you getting?

I’m not receiving any error message. When I’ve made an edit in the .htaccess file and go to click the “Test before saving” or the “Save changes” buttons nothing happens. I’ve tried to change browser without luck.

    Hi,

Unfortunately that sounds like a compatibility issue. Some other plugin is probably loading some JavaScript on all admin pages and breaking our JavaScript 🙁

You could try disabling other plugins one by one and checking if the issue gets fixed. If you find it let us know and we will see what can be done.

Thanks – I’ll try to go through the plugins tomorrow and see if that’ll do the trick.

Just to let you know that I resolved the problem without using the plugin, (which is now deactivated and removed). That also means I won’t be able to say which other plugin may have caused the problem.
