plugin does not work – blank page

    im using wp 4.9.6, cf7 5.0.2, cf7-intelligence 1.1.0

    admin.php?page=intel_config
    admin.php?page=intel_admin

    both these pages are blank

    admin.php?page=wpcf7&post=1411&action=edit

    clicking the intelligence tab on this page, scrolls down to a blank div

    on the plugins page this notice show with a button link :
    Notice: Contact Form 7 Google Analytics Intelligence needs to be setup: Setup plugin

    the link goes to a blank page
