Plugin does not split orders

Hello,

I have this plugin installed in my website to split orders when there are items out of stock. Unfortunately it does not always work. I created one order with back order items and it split up the order, GREAT! Then I created another order that contain the same items and it did not split the order. Anyone one has an insight on this issue.
