Plugin causing High CLS

Hi, I am inquiring about the cumulative layout shift produced by this plugin. for 0.02, the CLS goes up to 0.57.
I tested in 2 websites and this plugin is the cause of the CLS.
Any ideas on how or why this is happening. The plugin is great and so lightweight, but the impact on CLS is just tremendous.
Any suggestions on reducing the CLS due to this plugin will be appreciated.

@sergecleantalk it unfortunately did not work using the pluign from your link. without cleantalk CLS is 0.012. With cleantalk its 0.570.
Hope you can fix this soon, because i tried using a firewall to replace cleantalk, but cleantalk is clearly better. i will just suffer through the high CLS.
Please do try to have a fix, as CLS will be a ranking factor by June 2021, just a few days from now. No pressure though, but since you were able to make a wonderful product, it’s likely that you will be able to fix the issue.

hi, the plugin was recently updated. i am afraid the update may not inlcude the customization that you made.
