@dimekh – Sorry to hear that. We have thousands using Avada & Popup Maker without issue, so that means this is more likely a compatibility issue between more than 2 things, IE the theme + PM + some other plugin.
Most likely a JS error occurring either with PM itself, the content you inserted, or another plugin/theme that is expecting something that we also load and gets the wrong version (unlikely).

That said you should generally start with a support ticket in my opinion. A negative review claiming our plugin breaks something without any substantiation As you can see from that doc there are multiple outcomes our users find, many not even related to PM, including where the content you insert into a popup breaks things. This gets masked as our plugin breaking things because when you disable our plugin that content no longer gets loaded. Just food for thought.
