Hello, My developer contacted you earlier about this issue (programmer.manish27@gmail.com). Buyers are encountering a spinning wheel when trying to check out. This issue is definitely caused by the plugin; it goes away when we replace the plugin with WooCommerce and the issue comes back when we switch it back to Payment Plugins. As you may recall, the issue is very difficult to diagnose because it only arises in certain locations, which seem random (as if it’s related to server caching).

    Hi

That doesn’t mean it’s caused by this plugin. If it’s a cache related issue then it makes sense it wouldn’t do that if you switch plugins; that’s the nature of caching, if you switch to a plugin that wasn’t previously cached, you’re going to get the uncached files.

Can you provide a ticket # that can be reference?

    Thanks

Yes, I see how another issue could interfere with the normal operation of the plugin. The ticket # is 15260.
