Plugin abandoned

    Hi,

    is this plugin abandoned? The last update was made over a year ago (09/04/2024).
    Such a long time without an update suggests that it is no longer safe or recommendable to use.

    Can you give a statement on the status of the plugin please.

    You are correct that the plugin has not received an update in some time, and we completely understand your caution about using it. At the moment, there are no active development plans for standalone updates to the Countdown Block plugin.

    In the meantime, we highly recommend using our Essential Blocks plugin, which not only includes the Countdown block but also offers a wide collection of other advanced and regularly updated blocks.     Hi,

    thank you for the reply and the clarification. It’s a shame that there are no more updates for the individual block and that it can only be used in a bundle with the Essential Block plugin. But I understand that approach.
