    Do you use or can I use pinecone to enable portability of the knowledgebase, and if no, is portability of the knowledgebase between websites possible ?

    Hello @possum66 !
    AI Copilot relies on OpenAI’s assistants, which use their own built-in knowledge bases.
    Because of this, it’s not possible to connect Pinecone or migrate the knowledge base between different websites.
    Each assistant’s knowledge is managed internally by OpenAI, so portability isn’t supported at the moment.
