Open the readme.txt file and change the php version to what you have and see if it works. I generally only test on the last 3 versions.
It’ll be line 8. Change requires php from 7.3 to your version.

Excellent! Thank you, this has saved me a LOT of time. I was using RSS feeds to pull a single custom post type from each site. The page took ages to load as it cached every item.
This is 1000X faster!
