Dear @tom2708 ,
Thanks for getting in touch with us.
We checked the log as well.
Could you try backing up the Uploads only and let us know what happens? https://prnt.sc/tt64es
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Dear @tom2708 ,
How are you today?
Just wondering whether you saw our previous message and tried the suggestion to backup the Uploads for now.
Dear @tom2708 ,
Thanks for sending the file along.
Could you try backing up the “Uploads” only and let me know what happens? https://prnt.sc/tugjjf
Looking forward to hearing from you.
The last one had been exactly done this way.
Dear @tom2708 ,
The log showed a full backup that’s why we asked to perform a custom backup, with the Uploads folder only.
Is it possible the incorrect log file was sent here?
Please, let us know.

Dear @tom2708 ,
Could you please make the Request Frequency 10 seconds and then try backing up the Uploads again?
https://prnt.sc/tx4xos
Please, let us know how it goes.
Dear @tom2708 ,
Thanks for trying again.
We think that there is a server limitation and when trying to back up the Uploads folder, the backup process is brought to halt.
Please, try backing up your website without the Uploads folder and when you succeed in doing so, please, tell us.
We will come up with a solution for it.
Hello,
the backup without the upload folder works without problems. What is the special problem of this one?
Dear @tom2708 ,
Thanks for the reply.
The reason is the server limitations.
The server doesn’t let the backup process run as long as needed and the process gets stopped.
As a solution, you can make the Uploads folder a zip file from the hosting cPanel and keep that file.
Once you need to backup and restore, you can upload that zip to cPanel once again and restore it.
Dear @tom2708 ,
Hope you’re fine.
