I rolled back to 1.3 and it works fine. 1.3.1 gives error message

If you can, just disable the plugin for now. That’s the easiest. If you can’t get into the admin area due to the error then you’ll want to rename the folder the plugin lives in. (Elementor-addon-widgets — located inside the plugins folder of your installation.) Not a great solution, but it works. If you have a backup that allows you to just restore 1 folder of files without restoring the database, that will also let you fix this. Just restore back to the previous version until the developer can get it fixed.
But try just disabling the plugin.
Ignore my last message. Check your plugins page. You may have a button there to roll back to the previous version (1.3.0) — that would be the BEST solution.
