    I trust you’re doing well!

    I apologize for the delay in this thread. I could not replicate this issue. Does it happen upon plugin activation?

    Please try to re-install the Forminator plugin. Download a fresh copy and access your site’s folders via FTP or a File Manager, go to /wp-content/plugins/, replace the current forminator folder with a fresh one and see if the issue is still there.
