Phantom UTM Data Inserted

I’ve just today created http://mountpleasantmagazine.com/free-magazine/ using CF7 and when I fill the form out and submit it, I get UTM data – using that exact link above. The link above has no UTM parameters so I expect to get no UTM data in the email.

I recognize the UTM data, it was used for a different form URL on http://mountpleasantmagazine.com/.

Also, if I visit http://mountpleasantmagazine.com/free-magazine/ from a different browser I get blank UTM data as I should.

1. Why am I getting UTM data passed from a different from with a different URL?

2. Can I turn on/off UTM tracking on each of my CF7 forms?
