We just released an update with the fix for this issue. While we don’t support rich text for personal message, we were able to get the line breaks working.

If possible, could you also fix it so it work in the preview screen as well?
Also, I would like to ask that the Personalized Message appears when copy to clipboard, download, view or share across social media, since my whole site is about generating the personal message and it doesn’t make sense to just share the image. You want the whole greeting card. It will be even better if you can have an option to overlay the personal message on top of the Image so it will be great for social media sharing.

I went ahead and fixed line breaks for the preview as well.
Thanks for the additional feedback as well. We are working on a feature to allow you to offer custom overlay text, however it’s currently in beta. If you want to become a beta tester send me an email and we will give you early access when it launches.
