Persistant Support

I will give this a 5 star rating only because of the support. The support was very good and they where able to work through all of the issues with our site/host and they were finally able to resolve all of our issues. However, I am in the US Central time zone. It took about 4 weeks to resolve our issues because of the time delay. Again, the support was great but you will need to be patient!
