There appears to be something wrong with the PDF rendering. All of my lines are compressed and overlapping each other, almost like each table cell is only 1px tall or something. I have included a link to an example PDF to show you what I mean.

These rendering issues do not appear if I turn on the HTML view debugging. Everything looks perfect in that scenario. It is only when it is rendered as the PDF that it looks like this.

That looks like an issue with the fonts, could you try the ‘Reinstall fonts’ button from the Status tab of the settings? If this is indeed an issue with the fonts then this will most likely resolve it. Did you recently update from an older version?

I have the same problem. Any ideas? I believe it was fine prior to the last update.
It appears that we suddenly have a write permissions issue with the wpo_wcpdf folder & sub-folders

    Hello Johanna,
I’m sorry to hear that. Unfortunately we can’t do anything about write permissions from our side (although that’s also a good thing in terms of security). Please contact your host – they should be able to help with this!

After write permissions have been set correctly, reinstalling the fonts should fix the issue.

Thanks for the feedback Ewout. I realized I didn’t have a ‘Reinstall fonts’ button and then realized the plugin was out of date. Once I updated the plugin the rendering issues were fixed.
