PDF loosing quality after uploading

    Hello there,

    We noticed that some of the drawings in our user manual has partly vanished after uploading to your plugin. In the original PDF, the drawings are intact and fully visible.

    What could be the issue here?

    Hi,

    The lines are too thin to be draw on web canvas. Please remember web canvas are not as efficient as Desktop rendering and there will be issues with too thin lines or fonts.

    Hi,

    The PDF is displaying correctly when viewing in a web PDF reader.
    Any workarounds to this? The lines making up the images cannot be enlarged, unfortunately.

    Hi,

    Which web Reader are you using? Browser pdf readers: chrome, edge, safari, are still desktop level applications. We use Mozilla PDF.js to render the pages. Even their official viewer has the same issue:

    We cannot do anything on this regards. We would love to help if there was anything that we could do.
