With this plugin enabled I get a Critical Error on the site when trying to submit the form. For now I’ve got the plugin deactivated to ensure users can submit it successfully.
Can you please provide some assistance?

Regarding your issue, please check your php error log and see if it says something about the issue, if so please put whatever the error log says about the error here.

Thank you for your response. Apologies, you seemed to be providing solutions to other issues so I thought I’d ask. I did try contacting you here: http://rednao.com/contact-me/ but the form doesn’t seem to work?
I’ve had someone else look into it and it appears it was due to the caching plugin I’m using. I simply turned off caching for the page my form appears on and the form now works with your plugin.
