PDF attachment not sent

    Hello
    I have installed Germanized for WooCommerce Version 3.1.6
    and Germanized for WooCommerce Pro Version 2.0.9

    I cant get PDF invoice get sent via email

    I followed your instructions with any success:

    you may configure that right via our invoice settings. You should need to make sure that no status is set under Automation > Order status. If a status is set there you may remove the status (via the little cross icon). After that the select field should show the default (e.g. “Directly after order”). You may furthermore check the “Automatically send invoices to the customer by email after generation” option to make sure that the invoice is being sent via email after generation.

    Can it be some incompatibility between older Pro version, because I think it might happen as I am keeping updating a non Pro plugin ?

    Hi there,

    please deactivate other plugins one after another and activate a default theme. Then try again. Do the invoices get send? Please create a ticket via our help desk to get support to our professional version.

    Hi ,
    I deactivated/reactivated all plugins, and tried different theme.

    I cant use support in Vendidero helpdesk , my license for Pro plugin is expired.

    Hi,

    sorry to hear that. To get support to our professional version you’ll need an active update- and support flat.

    As another hint, try the following:

    1. Make sure the invoice mail template is activated under Woo > settings > emails
    2. Downgrade Germanized (basic) to a lower version
    3. Check your logs and/or debug the PHP code to find out where the problem is located exactly

    Hi , I found that Mailpoet plugin was in conflict with Germanized.
    Fortunately Mailpoet have option to disable template override
    “Use MailPoet to customize WooCommerce emails”

    If you may contact their development team to introduce some checks when Germanized is also install would be great.
