Subscriptions can’t be transferred between PayPal accounts – this is a restriction by PayPal for security reasons.
There’s two options around this, where you can either keep those subscriptions active, and have them point to the same IPN URL where they will continue updating and renewing on your site.
Or if you need to completely stop using that account, we recommend setting an expiration date for the next payment date for each of those active subscriptions manually. Notify your customers of the upcoming expiration, and once expired prompt them to sign up again through your new account.
