    We had someone (our first user) pay using paypal for a yearly subscription – the system says it went through but nothing ever hit our paypal account. Please help! the Subscription was for $145.99 and the only transaction we have is a test payment for $1… our paypal settings in the plugin all show success.. The client did do a trial and then execute early on just paying I believe.

    we have shut off paypal for the time being…

    Even though above it clearly stays that this users payment token successfully setup with paypal, but no charge was made through paypal in the payments section:

    Hello @kentopolis,

    To better understand the issue at hand, could you please provide some additional details:

    1. Could you please send me a screenshot of the Plugins page at Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins? Please make sure that all of your plugins as well as their versions are visible.
    2. Could you please go to the Dashboard -> Paid Member Subscriptions -> Payments page, hover your mouse cursor over the Payment that was made by the same user whose subscription logs you have attached above and click the Edit Payment link that appears? Once you are on the Edit Payment page please take a screenshot of the Payment Logs and send it to me.
