PayPal Error

    Hello EDD Team,

    I’ve been using your plugin for almost 2years and this problem came out lately.

    The customer unable to purchase my digital product due to this error “Error: An error occurred while communicating with PayPal. Please try again.” after clicking the PayPal button. (screenshot: https://snipboard.io/ShYqCO.jpg)

    Do you have any idea if it’s related to the plugin or it could be a PayPal problem?

    Hey Glen,

    From the error message, it looks like there was a communication issue between your website and PayPal.
    Does it work if the customer tries again?

    It was most likely a temporary connectivity issue between your site and them.
