Hello Thank you for testing, and that the emails are working.
For the moment my customer only want to use the pay per invoice i.e. bank transfer.
When I place an order, at payment selection there is nowhere that allows a selection so the customer can see the payment method.

There is nothing that shows the customer ‘pay per invoice’.
