    the payment method is not showing for selection. My customer only wants bank transfer at the moment. thank you

    Hi @koolwebs,

    Thanks for using our plugin.

    I just checked your gift voucher page and tested with demo data. It seems like the plugin is working fine.

    I also received all the emails sent from our plugin after successful order.

    Can you please tell me where you find the exact issue. I will resolve the issue you as soon as possible.

    Hello Thank you for testing, and that the emails are working.
    For the moment my customer only want to use the pay per invoice i.e. bank transfer.
    When I place an order, at payment selection there is nowhere that allows a selection so the customer can see the payment method.
    It shows
    Payment Method
    Payment Method

    There is nothing that shows the customer ‘pay per invoice’.

    Hello Kimmy,

    Thanks for letting us know the issue.

    We already resolved this issue in our updated version (v3.1.5). Please update our plugin in your website then you see the issue resolved.
