It’s most likely be an cache issue. Please exclude Ultimate Member pages from the cache and see if it helps. Below pages should be excluded.

Can you please clarify what issue do you see when trying to reset your password?
This issue can be due to some conflicts with your theme or one of your plugins.
Please do a quick conflict test and see if this issue goes away.
Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

My password resets are very delayed. Not sure if they are expired by the time someone receives them or they are broken. Anyway – it looks like problem started when there was recent forced update of WP core.
