Password Links Do Not Work

I removed the cookie from caching with the WP Rocket plugin, I already do not cache any pages with *usatcorp.com/partners* on the Cloudflare, WP Rocket, and WPEngine side of things. I have “Reload after successful validation” enabled. But no password link works. It doesn’t work on any browser in regular and incognito modes.
