Password Field Blanks-Out

    This is confounding DreamHost tech support and me.

    I administer two WP sites. With one of them, when I try to sign-in, the password disappears from that field. User name stays. I keep trying to sign-in, same thing happens. No error message. After I reset the password, I can log-in one time. If I come back, the same thing happens and I have to reset it again.

    This is happening on a Windows 11 PC using Firefox, Chrome, and Edge. It happens in Safe Mode. I keep cleaning out the cache and cookies. I restarted the router and flushed the DNS. I tried turning off virus protection. There’s no problem if I sign-in on my Android, though.

    The only thing that has worked is disabling all plug-ins. Troubleshooting will be a long process because I’ll have to deactivate one-at-a-time, log-off, try to log-in, and then reset the password and start over, if not successful. Sooo, if anyone has alternative ideas, I’d appreciate it.
