Partial changes to post

Hi. Thanks for your work on this plugin. I’m trying to track the number of words changed in an existing post that is frequently updated. However, testing shows the full word count for the post. So if the post is 1000 words long and I add 10, the report says I’ve written 1000. Is there any way around this? Would be a great feature if it doesnt exist already. Thanks
